Pride and Prejudice...Book review...

I am trying to work my way through the classics and thought I would share my feelings about this book.

After I finished the book I realized that I really enjoyed it and I do plan on reading it again. However I am new to classics and at times I was bored. The constant conversation bothered me. I know that as I read more of Jane Austen's I will probably get used to all the dialogue. But it was hard to follow at times. 

I am now reading Jane Eyre which I am finding easier to read.

Thanksgiving- almost as late as the Halloween post..:)

Tim and I made thirteen pies for Thanksgiving... it was a lot of work. We found out that we actually bake together really well.

 

We made lemon Meringue, Orange Meringue, and Pineapple Meringue...

Apple, Cherry Delight, Cherry, Pecan and Peach...

 Chocolate Cream, Custard, Strawberry Glaze and Key Lime Pie...

 And our prize pie... Pumpkin... Yummmy!!
