Little Acorns Field Trip: Tulip Festival 4/14/11
Nathan was here with us but this is the only photo he held still for long enough to take...
On the way home we were lucky enough to see Snow Geese!
I am not sure what these loner geese were doing. They were just standing there watching the hundreds of others eat.
Nathan proudly floating the bottle cap boat that he made for a poor scared potato bug...
We also learned a lot about Turkey's. Very interesting stuff.
They quickly ate up the whole field of ...? What? I do not know what they were eating.
Suddenly they all started flying away...
Pretty fun stuff...
